The Lillie Russell Memorial Library offers the Hand Community Room for library programs and for public use. The fee structure varies depending on rental details.

To reserve the Hand Community Room please submit an email request to: handroom@lillierusselllibrary.org

Please include the following information in your email request: 
- Name of individual/company/organization
- Statement of whether organization is a non-profit
- Phone number and email address
- Desired times and dates (including beginning and ending times)
- Number of people expected
- Purpose of the rental

You will be notified regarding availability. Emailing does not guarantee a reservation. Reservations are made final once payment is received and the rental agreement is signed.
