Chair Aerobics

Chair aerobics starts at 1 p.m. This program is open to men and women ages 18 and up. Children under 18 can participate but need to be accompanied and supervised by a parent. Cash payment and registration are required at the door. Classes are $5 per person, per class. We hope to see you there!
